lam about to join a new org in a few days and they have planned a travel to Europe for me to get Technical KT. But the thing is they said only for 2 weeks. They are going to file a business visa(l can stay up to 90 days). I want to spend some more time there( atleast 2 months). How I can convince them to increase this duration?
Since I will be new there l'm not sure what to say. Only thing I know at this time is, the project is a bit complex and all developers are outside India.

I am trying to reschedule my Visa Appointment for H1B Dropbox and I see a warning that I have exceeded the limit of appointments canceled and will not be able to rescheduled until an MVR fees is paid.
I have rescheduled twice in the past.

So does that mean I cannot reschedule because I am able to go upto the reschedule page.

BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. We’re an international company with generous PTO. In the UK, we have a PTO Lump Sum bank. In the US, we’re stuck on accrual due to risk of not being able to recoup @ termination.
