Recently accepted an offer but I got another one later on with better pay and benefits for the same job. How common is for people to withdraw from accepted offers and how do you address it? Will that affect possibilities to move to that company in the future?

Whatever good for you go for it. There will be some burning bridge with other company but as long as it's good for you don't think too much many people do it. All the best

Yeah I can understand the feeling and its hard to say no to good person. Tell that you have another good offer pretty much filling extra gaps from her offer, really like support throughout the process and would like to consider again in future.

Just did it too. Explained my situation (it was more than just a better offer that I got, other factors etc.) So will see how the recruiter responds...

Just started new mortgage application, new company means new probation period which won't help (my other offer was internal). I wrote an email and offered to have a phone call if need be, some say straight phone call is better.
