Need advice. Offered job pros: same pay ($170k), 40 hr work weeks, remote 3 weeks a month, better benefits. Cons: need immediate answer (start in 2 weeks), not guaranteed beyond 2 years - take it?

At pwc we Dan tribute pre or post tax to our 401(k). Currently do pre tax. Are there a ton of benefits to switching to just post tax? Does that make it a ROTH 401(k)? If you have a ROTH 401(k) does that roll easily into a ROTH IRA? I’m 30 and my wife and I are trying to really get our crap together. Paid off 42k of debt since out of school two years ago and buying our first house in a month.

5 YOE, top 10 undergrad, want to be in tech, whether it’s a larger company or startup.
I’ve only ever done campus recruiting so I don’t even know where to begin. Cold apply on company websites? Go through another website? Reach out to alum on LinkedIn to chat / for references? Is it a different approach for large companies vs startups?
