Help. Followed partners from V50 to V50 couple years ago. Haven’t been able to generate business. Not getting enough work from other partners, but have received very positive feedback when I did. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Been facing it through past year now. Have tried all natural methods but no success. Also pandemic hasn’t made it easier as well.

Lot of pressure from family to get married but with my state of mind, not so much inclined. (M29).

Family thinks it good to move back to india and try afresh but the prospect of not been able to get good salary job/ and sabotaging a career that I made gives me more anxiety.

Has anyone dealt with rough first trimester anxiety? Had a miscarriage and now four weeks pregnant again. I know there’s little to nothing I can do to control whether it happens again (likely part of the issue) but I don’t know how to get through the next four weeks before my first ultrasound.

I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?

My spouse is in better shape and is healthier than me. Can anyone relate? Does this bother anyone? I’ve tried so hard to look better but my emotional toll is working overtime. I weigh more than my husband by 10 lbs.
