I liked it because it provided the panic-like environment that keeps me motivated enough to do work, but I’m struggling because being in a constant state of panic is extremely exhausting physically and mentally. Has anyone here transitioned into Data Analytics from audit/FP&A? I’m interested in potentially going that route but not sure how to get started (currently in FP&A and former audit). I see Data Analysts typically require a background in SQL, which I don’t use in my current role. Would it be beneficial to take SQL courses and earn certifications to add to my linkedin? We all start our jobs full of hope and promise. That same hope and promise may still be there. However, the eventual grind or consistent overcommitment of anything will trigger you towards Burnout if you are not aware of them.

Be aware if you are consistently over-committing to something that will burn you out. Take breaks. Change your patterns. Whatever you need to do. Just don't overdo it.

To those of you resistant to family cars - I’m a sports car driving, fast car loving, low to the ground kind of mom-to-be. (e.g. no back seat, no back doors). Obvi I need to get a new car but what isn’t too large, makes sense for a 3 person family (no more kids coming), while not sacrificing my need for speed and desire for a smaller/low to the ground/well handling ride? Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. Would you just go to a lower rated ob (taking 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp) the first few weeks and then switch when you are able?

I've done some crazy stuff in my life, some of it has been fairly dangerous. I just had to give my wife a progesterone injection and I've never been that scared. I hope this all works.

Had the craziest experience today at 1st ultrasound. Measured 6w5d (what I should be based on FET) but sonographer told me HR was 87 (low). I was hysterical (had a previous MMC after an initial low HR) and doctor came in and rescanned and said everything looked perfect and HR was 119 BPM! I am trying so hard to take comfort in the second scan but this is so stressful. Please send positive vibes my way 😭😭

So I’m 7 weeks 3 days and I haven’t been sick at all. I know I should count myself lucky and not worry at all because it’s normal but I can’t help myself but worry because I feel…normal? I got a handheld ultrasound at week 5 and the doctor saw the gestational sac but nothing else (which apparently is normal at 5 weeks) I have my first real ultrasound in 3 days and I’m so so so nervous.
