Recently got an MBB offer. Really excited about it but start date isn’t until mid-March. How long should I wait to give notice to my current employer? It’s a large, well-known tech company but our team is pretty small and my departure will definitely cause a bit of chaos in the short term. Don’t want to burn any bridges, but at the end of the day I also know they’ll be fine. Thoughts on giving standard 2-weeks vs a bit longer, say 4?

A friend is looking to hire a director full time in LA in-house for a fitness brand, doing videos very similar to those for the classes that are on Peloton. How many associates don’t have access to their full billing software? All I can do is input my time and create a recap of hours report for different date ranges. No ability to check on amounts billed to clients or receipts so there is no way to track my realization rate or progress towards bonus. Is this something I should bring up with the managing partner?
