Any examples of a variable compensation model for VP Corp Dev (head of corp dev, a sweating to only CEO) of 1B rev company? Like what percentage of the deal should I ask for in addition to 250K salary and undetermined amt of equity? i.e., 3% on deals up to $1M, 1% on deals up to $10M etc.
Looking from some insight on exit opportunities to tech firms - Amazon, Google, smaller tech firms. I have an engineering background but have mostly worked in finance for close to 10 years. I feel I am lagging in technology to get into these firms. Any recommendations on skills to develop?
Our firm is hiring for ITS director, ITS manager and ITS senior. If any one is interested happy to connect you with the recruiting team.

All my MBB 🐠, is there anyone who would be willing to chat with me about your role and experience, the company culture and work and potentially work with me to see if I am a good fit and also if you would be willing to refer me? I am currently a Senior Consultant at EY.
I work in a small firm (managing principal and myself) and I’m not sure what to expect as far as a raise and/or bonus. What’s the norm?
What are typical exit opportunities for MBB project leaders/team leaders/engagement managers?
Are there any agencies that have not gone through any layoffs, furloughs or pay cuts, hiring freezes etc? Shops that are, so far still financially functioning as normal? I know squarespace is one.
Does Salesforce have any tech employees who don't get any RSUs at all? We just got acquired by SF, and it seems there would be no stocks offered, the bonus is also smaller than I have seen reported, and no adjustment to salary either, current salary is lower than what I saw for Salesforce salaries reported outside of CA, WA etc.
How would you rank the non-MBB strategy shops? Including strategy “divisions” within larger firms
Let’s say average B4 first year partner draw is $400k with 5th yr average being $550k. TIA fishes!!

Is it reasonable to expect a sign on bonus if I’m making a lateral switch to a Big 4 firm? And if it is not offered, would it be weird to ask for it during negotiations?

What is the salary at Guidehouse and Deloitte or other firms for a Senior Consultant in healthcare?
I’m a 28F who is barely getting into investing. It’s frustrating that it took this long but as a first gen college grad, my parents didn’t know anything about this stuff until very recently, so naturally I was never taught about it. It’s crazy to see people younger than me with all this knowledge on saving and investing. How did you learn so much at such a young age? Any advice for someone like me who is starting out so late in the game?
After 3 rounds of interviews (total 4 inc recruiter screen) over the past 5 odd weeks, just got told by a T2 consulting firm that they doesn’t sponsor H1B visas which is frustrating because they were aware of my visa situation right at the start. Sigh 😢. Understand it happens but frustrating nonetheless given the time and effort invested.
New grad. Starting at a small defense side med mal firm. Looking on information from anyone in this path on what the career trajectory is like for this line of work. I'd like to move into a bigger firm after a few years. Am I stuck to med mal? Is it possible to change practices or am I pigeon holled. I have a Healthcare background so I'm not worried I won't like the work, mainly just want to know if it's possible to move to big firm to make some real money with a med mal background.
Curious if anyone knows how Spotify handles recruitment and hiring? Is it like agencies where you basically have to connect with recruiters? Or does their careers page actually churn out any responses?
Just finalized and booked my wife and I to a vacation in Europe for end of the year. Feels amazing to call it our honeymoon after 4 years of marriage ❤️ Delayed gratification and totally worth it.
