Recently got an offer from Natwest. Do they also offer shift allowances when a person works other than general shift?

Anyone in the AML/Compliance field? I have been an analyst/investigator for almost 3 years and have moved up with small salary increase two times ($5k in total over 2.5 years). I have a CAMS certification and have been on multiple projects while always meeting or exceeding expectations. I feel like my company pays fairly low compared to the rest of the industry but don’t want to be greedy as I am continuing to move up.
