Good morning. Looking for advice on salary negotiation. I am an Admin Coordinator at major NYC hospital (19years) with 23 years of admin experience, but no degree. Coordinator level positions at my hospital are considered management, however I am planning to relocate to Ga and I’m finding the salaries for this same position or office manager are almost$10K-12K less than I currently make. This job’s demanding things from me I can’t even achieve in my (much simpler) personal life - like getting organized, planning head, keeping time, multitasking.
