same case with me.
i submitted all docs in HCL in june, its august now, offer letter not released, when asked HR, she is saying that she is following up with project.

I was told to wait for some days multiple times, and now i am told to wait one week more, moreover when i asked HR this time that will i get offer letter eventually she herself sounded unsure and told to keep other opportunities open, i am not sure if the hiring is frozen or is on hold ?

How do I find a project or opportunity in China or something that will allow me to practice Chinese?

Nearly at the end of a vendor selection for a project. In your experience if a vendor that you didn’t select asks, do you tell them which company you selected over them?

MS degree, 4YOE, currently working at a boutique life science consulting in NYC, ~132k TC, managing 10 people across 3 clients.
Client offered TC ~220k (170k base) with travel comp for a SM job, top 40 biotech by market cap.

Pros - 0 transition (same work/team), wlb, TC, no relocation, have an advocate
Cons - wanted AD but offered SM, less exposure to different work, more personal effort to keep up w industry knowledge and new tools

Worth the jump? Any thoughts/comments are appreciated!

Howdy! I’m 26, and I’ve been doing construction management for a few years now. I’ve had different roles ranging from superintendent, project manager, to estimating. For the past few months, I’ve self-reflected and realized that construction is not my calling... I really enjoy project work as the monthly grind has worn very, very thin. Opinions?

Traditionally an Integrated Producer is one who manages production across all platforms for a client or clients. Is that not correct? Why do some job postings refer to integrated as if it is a PM? Why do some refer to it as a producer who manages site development and analytics? Can someone explain what exactly agencies are talking about these days when they say “Integrated Producer”?

Anybody have side hustles that are completely different from what they do on their job?
