Hi,
I have an offer of 20.86 lpa from societe generale and 23lpa from HCl.
Before job searching my CTC was 11.5 lpa.To retain me,my current company revised it to 16.37 lpa during appraisal but I didn't take back my paper.Now they came for another round of discussion and said they would give 25 lpa if I take my paper back.What should I do?
I know that upper management had to fight to get it revised to 16.5 lpa,and they are increasing again to save their face.Would it harm if I stay?
As far i know Infosys is currently lacking in number of talents hence work pressure is a lot on existing employees. Infosys is currently lacking in providing good annual hike also for existing employees. Hence people think if they want to work under this pressure then why not to work in organization that atleast provide good compensation.
