I was not informed when I asked HR during onboarding time. She said that will be disclosed when I joined the organization. As I have recently joined this organization, I really don't want to move out of this organization but wanted to move out of internal project. Please suggest me a suitable option.

You should always go into doing something 100%. Would you feel good about halfassin the job. I wouldn't, integrity, confidence on completing the job. Now if you having trouble it doesn't hurt to ask for help/guidance to get it complete but it goes on the other party and how they communicate in a way it helps you not discourage you to get it done.
