Fishes, Help me choose : 1)Natwest Senior DS 2) Fractal, DS 3)Bain & Company, Data Science Specialist .. Natwest and Bain are both in-house roles. Won't be working for clients ( I prefer this) Fractal is client facing role . All offering similar packages ( discussions with Bain are in process they might give 2 lpa more than others) I am looking to sharpen my deep learning skills over the next couple of years. These next months are huge for applying to entry level roles, just apply everywhere you can somewhat imagine yourself working at and see where you feel the most inclined and get the job.
It sounds like you're taking lots of smart steps & asking the right questions. Take the company culture into account as well as the comp before making your final decision. You'll know which choice is best for you personally once you've received all your offers.
Those are all solid companies. I'd wait and see if you get any offers, then compare them to figure out which is the best one for you. Good luck!

Choose a company where you can develop your skills and help you grow professionally. Might as well take into consideration the work culture of that company.
