I’m pretty happy with my base salary but haven’t gotten a ton of clarity on the bonus structure (seems largely discretionary). What % would that typically be for someone with 4 YOE (2 years on the buyside)? 50%? 100%?

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

What is industry comp like in the UK for internal strategy, portfolio strategy, BD&L type roles? I'm most interested in AD/D level, but also progression from there.
