If consulting isn’t where you plan to be long term, then who cares? Make the jump, take the money, figure out what comes next and spend several years in that job.
40% is huge - who cares about short tenure at your existing. I’d take the move and just keep an eye out for future opps that are more aligned to your interests outside of consulting
Its not a bad idea to take risks early in your career. I would.

40% raise seems awesome. I would just compare the exit opportunities at current firm vs there and how that may impact long-term life earnings. It may not be worth it if you get pigeon-holed and hit a pay wall in that area. Then again you’d probably be able to boomerang back

Jumping around a is a great way to increase your salary but at a certain point all the jumping around gets you dropped from more senior roles
Also Arthur little is a step down on prestige....but a 40% raise is well worth it
