JUST started a great job as a sr. EA supporting a C-Suite at one of the smaller but extremely well-known tech companies. However, Facebook (Meta) just reached out to me for a position supporting a SVP and a Director. Is it worth it to pursue the position at meta? Would it open more doors or set me back?

Definitely better hours than banking. Honestly a bit too slow sometimes (30-40 hours on average, even with smaller live deals). Reporting to SVP of Corp Dev and managing deals for a segment (interacting with BU heads).
Group recently became pretty top heavy adding SVP in addition to new head of Corp Dev, who reports to CFO (who used to be head of the group)
At Fortune 100. Think equity becomes available at VP, which seems too far away for me not to jump and go back to consulting / another Corp Dev or Strategy role
