You can update federal W-4 withholding on the internal ADP site. For updating the states, you need to download the state W-4 forms, fill up, scan and send them to SSCPayroll asking them to update.

Hey all, I work for a large National chain brand in organic and paid social. We do a lot with UGC so I’m fairly familiar in the brand side of things. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with UGC in the creator side? Where to get started, is it worth it or waste of time? I feel like it’s getting popular on tiktok so now would be the time to give it a go if I thought it would be a good side hustle? Any info would be appreciated :)

How do I become more assertive at work? I keep getting this feedback. I don’t think I am a shy person, I am however an introvert and don’t go out of my way to interact with people. I do good work and believe it should speak for itself. My supervisor told me that this is not how it works in consulting. I am worried I will not be able to climb the ladder because of my personality. Any tips on how women on the more introverted side of the spectrum have made it in consulting?

I just was in a 3 process interview, which included modern hire interview, interview with hiring manager and interview with senior director(Boss’s boss) for another company. The hiring manager liked me and the interview went well to progress, the next interview also went well. In this situation who would make the final decision to hire me? And what would be the reasons I could miss out on the job after having a 30 min final interview (FIT) with the senior director

I want to get my PhD, but all of the programs I want require a full time commitment for the first year. What are my options? Is a sabbatical an option? Or would I have to straight up resign? Utilization notwithstanding (I’m a GPS consultant)…is it possible to go part time? I completed my master’s full time while a full time Deloitte consultant. I know school can be done, but for PhDs they usually want you to also work as a TA. Additionally, I am not interested in online programs.

How do you judge when to leave a company for something better if you never burn out or hate where you are?
My specific situation: 4 years out of undergrad with Slalom, I like my job/coworkers and am making solid money but am starting to be qualified for interesting/lucrative exit ops. Not trying to grass-is-always-greener myself out of a good thing and I'm in no rush to leave, but how do I know when it's time to take advantage of other opportunities? Would love any advice from older folks!

I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.
