SA3A in tier 2 city comp?
Hi Sharks,
My technical interview with PwC went good and the very next day i got confirmation that I cleared the round and next round will be scheduled. But its been 3 weeks no communication i left my hope. And suddenly i got a call from HR and she asked for CCTC, ECTC, LWD all and said client round will be there. Now again its been an week.
Is it normal process or it’s getting delayed for me?
Should i move on?

Best social agencies. Go.
Whenever I open LinkedIn these days 🙃
In a similar spot at my company. Don’t have all the answers. But definitely recommend management software like Sprout for messages and posts. And also very important to carve out time for community management and time for drafting/scheduling posts. Very easy for both of those responsibilities to bleed into each other too much and slow you down.
Are you B2B or B2C?
For B2B I've had some success with LinkedIn lately. Something I found helps is attending big online webinars that are on topic. Taking a screenshot and then posting it as a picture, give an insight, say something positive and tag the speaker and speakers company both on the picture and the post. Also # the webinar name, company who hosted it and give a link for people wanting to see the replay. It works a bit like reporting and presents as thought leadership. People will like and comment if they like the concept and/person.
I usually add a short paragraph with our tagline and a link to our company page.
Extra notes
Watch external links though. LinkedIn promotes content linking inside the app much more
Always add a photo it grabs more. Pictures of people and selfies at events or in webinars are supposed to get the most likes.
Articles in LinkedIn are supposed to be best for algorithm promotion (though I've not used this much yet).
Guy Kawasaki has a whole section on social media in 'the art of the start 2.0' which is good. I wouldn't be surprised if he had guides or separate books elsewhere - it's very practical.
Reach out to people in your field and connect with them, then you can build a base of people who give more of a shit about what you're sharing and are more likely to engage.
Think about the STORY of your content. Also what motivated the people you want to reach.
They say promoting your services shouldn't be more than 25% of what you share. I'm not sure yet how far to go off brand. I try and stay away from cheap content and content that bates people... That's an approach though. I'd be interested to hear what others think of that.
Also I've experimented a bit with Twitter - it feels like shouting into a big dirty storm drain to me and is such a barrage I don't find it very useful. It's a handy place though to find new content to share elsewhere. I'll probably hire later to try and address it later.
Also, prompted by your words 'community management'. This is very interesting looking at building online communities.

When you say community management do you mean actual an community that engages with each other adding value together or social media communications?
