Thanks for sharing, I think many of us have been there and certainly all of us make “mistakes”. Are these mistakes where you just create more work for yourself, or are you creating more work for your team? Are you putting the firm at risk? If you are owning and learning from your mistakes and showing a trajectory of improvement I’m sure you’re fine. It is when people come across as aloof and disrespectful when others start to avoid working with them and staffing becomes an issue.

note i didnt have this anxiety before since i was entry level and in my old role i didnt make too many mistakes

Agree with D1, everyone makes mistakes. But learn from them and show progress when you're given feedback... You'll be fine. There's very few mistakes people can get fired outright for.

I'm talking like sending client sensitive info to the wrong external parties and making some extreme blunders or something like that. Otherwise, be open to feedback and improve yourself consistently.

Current role feels like an abusive relationship. Client is extremely demanding, almost unreasonably so, and partners on the project are pushing hard to deliver since things are tough with covid. How are others dealing with such levels of stress in this current environment?
