Recently promoted to senior associate effective July 1. I’m submitting my resume for a referral opportunity this week. Can I put senior associate on my resume with the effective date?

My colleague at work who’s in the junior parallel role / receptionist just drives me crazy. As a Marketing specialist, I oversee our social pages + following on requests from there. Yesterday she said - “Maybe you could also reply to all requests on our general customer email?” I said I don’t know how to prioritise with my main responsibilities - boss and big boss present and stayed silent. Poor time management / ignorance / passive aggression? Feel pity for her! 😡

My head is spinning from how crazy hot interviewing is - I’ve had three offers this week

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I want to eat better and get in shape. Currently work a desk job and eat out at least 7 times per week. It feels like no matter how many times I try, I fall off the wagon within a month.
