My baby daughter is almost 1 and I’m looking to stop breastfeeding and wean to cows milk soon. She has had very few bottles in the past 12 months (combo of Covid + she rejected bottles for several months) so we’ve primarily been nursing. I’m looking for weaning tips from parents in a similar situation. Seems like most methods involve combo of breast milk + cows milk in a bottle but that doesn’t really work for us since I haven’t pumped since like November!

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. Hi experts - could use advice on contributing to 401K. What’s the benefit of tax deferred investment if you plan on holding long term? My thought process is this: I’m earning 100K gross and by retirement years, I want to be able to withdraw at 200K level income. Wouldn’t that put me in a higher tax bracket than I am currently? So aside from reaping the benefits of the 401K match my company provides, what’s the benefit of contributing more? Seems like I will just be paying higher taxes later.
