Recently saw a bounce house rental business for sale. Any thoughts on purchasing a business like this? Seems to have good cash flow.

There is a huge time commitment with setup, taking it down, cleaning it, transporting it, etc.

Can’t imagine what liability insurance costs. But I imagine there are limited providers. Other than that, and dealing with stupid kids and parents. Sounds amazing.

Biggest thing is how to keep that asset utilized - especially in the winter months. Seems like a lot of short gigs, requiring a lot of separate sales, set up and take down and transportation time.

Then there is liability. Or administering waivers.

Then there is maintenance and storage - where do you put that thing and the equipment in the other 3 non-summer seasons when nobody wants to rent it.

When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I don't want to be too hasty and choose something just because, but I also think continuing to see homes isn't really making my decision any easier. Thanks!

I accidentally overshared information about having anxiety and trouble focusing with someone who is kind of important at the company and now I regret it.
