I have received offer document from the recruiter Thoughtworks . I have accepted through mail. Though in mail it is written that "please treat this as official offer from Thoughtworks , I am yet to received the signed offer letter. It is about 5 days I have received the mail. When I can expect the signed offer letter.
Please help. Should I be worried?

The first lot which got vested is 50% of the allocated SAR(converted to RSU's) and I guess it will vary from employee to employee as when they joined TW. The earlier you joined more you get. Am I right?
The value of the stocks must be calculated in $ right and then can converted to INR(75.95 INR per $). Which will make the total value of approx 5L for the number(321 stocks) provided in one of the comment. Right?
Will there be any more tax deduction on the value based on our slab rates when we sell them? Or what will be the tax implications(STCG, LTCG, Slab rate) post sell.

ok. There is no other tax, only tax is as per your tax bracket.
Also if you hold the stocks n the priceincreases then you need to pay capital gain tax on the profit and no tax on capital as TDS is already deducted.
