Think about what else you want with your desk. Do you want any drawers under, or a riser or anything for your monitors? Wayfair also has a lot of good options!

1 thing I considered was a keyboard tray but I saw far more complaints about wobbling..

I have a flexispot and it’s good.

^ agree with all of this!

I got the Fezibo.. dual motor.. regular one. Works great

How was the assembly?

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? First time visiting this city so it’d be great to take in some sights too (although that’s not a priority of course).

Just landed a full time gig, looking to get some furniture so I’m not working on my parents’ kitchen table during this remote period. Any recommendations for desks and chairs? I’m hoping to find something that’s easy to assemble and break down for when I need to move, and something that won’t cost an arm and a leg.

I know everyone has a different kind of setup that works for them. I currently have a laptop, drawing pad, second monitor, and a desk riser.

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.

So here are my questions.

How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.

When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Reading “the call” posts on LinkedIn is a cold reminder to be grateful for having a job. I pray many of them land on their feet, and truly hope they don’t face too much age discrimination. Any one of us could be or has been in similar shoes....

If you were still in undergrad would you prefer 1. Go back to campus and have an in person/hybrid learning experience with restrictions on social life
2. Have your school go fully remote for the entire fall semester
3. Defer for a year and resume your education fall 2021 when things will hopefully be “normal”
I think I’d choose 3 but idk. Tough call, and I feel bad for current college students
