Limerick flanges are v expensive but v amazing. Fully silicone, no flange size issues as the flange compresses your nipple with every suction of the pump. They’re miracles
Limerick flange, Limerick white connector, spectra tubing, spectra pump.
Pro
I was in a similar boat. The elvie was terrible for me. The spectra was fine but it took me 10-15 minutes to hand express to empty after each pump. I tried a hospital grade and it was not much better than spectra. I found the la vie warming massagers and sunflower lechitin combined reduced my hand expressing time to about 5 minutes.
Also Make sure you replace duck bills 2x frequently (and of course make sure your flange is the right size) still not ideal but helped me keep my sanity since I was exclusively pumping

X2 to lecithin, massager & replacing pump parts/making sure you have the right size! You can try different brand flanges too to see if those work better for you.

I would suggest mixing a strong hospital grade pump with a more portable option. I have the Elvie and it’s good but not as good as my Medela hospital grade pump. I exclusively pumped with my first using my Medela and bought the Elvie for my second. If I was exclusively pumping and had access to both, I would suggest doing at least one or two pumps with the hospital grade one and use the Elvie for in between.
I was prone to clogged ducts but it was more frequency of pumping vs fully empty as the problem. I loved the elvie
Medela Symphony or Pump in style advanced. I have the flex style and the motor is much less powerful than either of the other 2 Medelas I listed.
Momcozy pumping bra with Baby Buddha. Note, some find baby Buddha too strong, but I find it fully empties me in 15 mins versus what takes me 30 mins with Spectra… (that said currently back using spectra as nipples needed a break!)
