1-2 medium, 1 heavy kettlebell will give you a lot of mileage. squats, goblet squats, hip thrust, step ups will all hit your booty and require just a little space. a barbell/rack to squat if you have the space/money/know-how would certainly be awesome too.
Here's my set up. My ass is just ok though.
Buy some kettlebells to do squats with and a squat rack if you have the space for it
Glute bridges and side laying hip raises!
1. Squat rack 2. Ski Erg 3. Rowing machine 4. Assault bike 5. TRX and it’s various attachments Install horse stall mats so that you can work out barefoot.
This way you can get aerobic and anaerobic workout. Both are required
