I just started working as one in Connecticut, and I do not feel like I’m compensated for what I’m worth and also for the responsibilities of the job. I make $25 per hour, am not a salaried employee (so I am non-exempt). $25 an hour is $48,000 annually. I need to be making more money. Should I leave this field and pursue something that pays more?
