Do you believe that any law enforcement officer should get free access to therapy to deal with traumatic experiences?

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

Anyone got fever or chills after second vaccine shot ? How did you deal with it? Tylenol?

Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick? Lol I input 25 yds as a lap but maybe I needed to put 50? Silly little thing but it’ll drive me crazy haha

Random thought. I would describe the tiredness you feel in pregnancy like a heavy stone tied to you that just drags you down and you’re too tired to care or try to fight it.

For me it’s not super constant or frequent but when I get that tired I feel like I become part of my mattress. 😂😴

Just got notice from amerisourcebergen they are not going to follow the ada. My doctor filled out a ada form for 2 extra 15 min breaks and time away from the computer if I have a panic attack or an anxiety attack without reprimand. I was told they don't need to follow the recommendations and it's based on business needs. They are violating federal law!!!! I will be contacting a lawyer Monday morning

Anyone who's been diagnosed with ADHD fairly late (at least in 20s)? I'd love to know your experience. Like did medication work well for you, do you take it every day, or just on work days? Did it make you perform better at work? What did it help you understand about the way you have functioned/worked your whole life? Etc. Thank you!

At 8 weeks I’m so exhausted that I can barely function or think straight. Taking midday naps, shutting down early, but I have no energy to work beyond the bare minimum, and especially not for house chores. I feel so guilty but I just want to sleep even though there’s so much to do. Help.

First time was last week. I freaked out. Went to doc, they said everything is fine.
A few days later it started again. Very light, brown.
Anyone else experience this? Reason to worry?

My boss wants be to travel at around 25-26 weeks, and I honestly don’t want to. Last time I traveled it caused some swelling in my feet and other random complications. Boss seems to have no sympathy either. It’s a long 5 hour flight even if it does end up being a smooth trip. Plus, once I’m there lots of extra time in cars and traffic.

Surprise pregnancy after 2 miscarriages, 1 failed IVF, and days before I was to start IVF round 2. I have a trip planned to Greece next week. Is there any reason you would *not* go? I’ll be 5 weeks.

Struggling so much with nausea that i don't know how do i focus on work. I had to an off from work yeaterday. Wonder how many days can i keep taking unplanned leaves like this. My supervisor is aware of the situation, but the client isnt. Its also leaving a bad impression with 3-4 unplanned leaves a month .
Its getting impossible and i have just completed 3 months.
How would i survive another 6! My first pregnancy wasnt this hard.
