I am Java Backend Developer with 3.6 years of experience in financial services domain. I have two offers- one from AppDirect (16 LPA +10% yearly bonus), other from Mastercard (16.5 LPA+7% variable with 100% payout at year end). AppDirect seems very employee first company with work on front-end(major)+backend. Mastercard is in same domain I have knowledge of.

Mature companies/industry is said to have much slower progression than consulting, and I see people’s LinkedIn showing promotions every year at startups. I want fast career progression but don’t want to stay in consulting. At how much money invested would it be smart to hire a financial advisor or a managed portfolio? 401k is managed by fidelity and has around 32k and my individual account for stocks is at $14k and hope to grow that one fast.
