Recommendations for MBA application prep books? (Not GMAT/GRE, looking for advice on storytelling and extracurricular)

What are everyone's thoughts on executive MBA vs. traditional MBA? I'm currently pursuing a traditional MBA but sometimes I wonder what could've been 😅

Need help: My wife did 3yr grad through distance learning in India. She cracked PSU Bank PO exam & worked for a PSU for 6 yrs b4 migrating to US with me in 2017. She took time-off to raise our kids while we waited for h4 EAD. Now we have EAD & she got an entry level job in banking too. But has to drop coz of COVID, now she is thinking of going back to school. Does anyone know if US universities accept Indian distance learning? We are thinking of transfering credits to complete undergrad..

I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

What has your experimece at Wharton been like?

Hi all, European living in the Netherlands here. I’ve been doubting whether an MBA would be of any benefit for me, hopefully you could help me in this respect. Below my situation:

LLM (JD) in Tax Law / 8+YoE @ Deloitte / Currently working at a mega US Multinational/ Want to climb to upper management level (two/three levels below C-suite) in the coming 5 years.

MBA would perhaps be good for my personal experience but worry that i could spend my time better at performing at my job.

I have a mediocre GPA from a undergrad school outside the top 10 (but inside the top 20). Is it impossible to get H/S with this profile as an ORM even if do everything else right?

Does the school look at your IR score? I'm scoring well on the other parts of the exam but poorly on IR.
