Hi sharks, What is the process of onboarding in Oracle? I got to know my BGC is clear and they have finalized the start date. I got an excel sheet to fill information like PF, Health insurance and other relevant information for smooth onboarding. I haven't received anything after that. Oracle Amazon IBM Google Walmart Salesforce SAP
Spent 4+ years as CMO of startup company. It was an incredible learning experience but also a very difficult uphill battle trying to steer the owners and the company in the right direction. I’ve just exited the company as of 11/18. The owners expected to storm the marketplace and emerge as a number one brand at only 6 years old without putting in the work.Company had a very hard time understanding the concept of a unique value proposition. Hoping to find a new remote (full time) position ASAP

My recommendation is do it. And set up a monthly auto-payment, even if it’s $50/month. And promote the hell out of it to grandparents etc. I made cards with the info on how to make out the check and where to mail it etc so they could deposit directly into it. There are list of preferred/approved state plans through the firm so find the list, pick one and set it up. You can do any state regardless of where you live and there are subtly differences between them but they’re essentially the same and the point is to set it up early and start getting money in it. Do a big push for first Christmas or first Christmas to everyone you know asking for $25 or whatever in lieu of more toys and get it off to a strong start. We already have a thousands saved for our 2 year old and are starting one for his just born brother. College is estimated to cost $450k by time they are enrolling, saving early is essential

Yes do it. And usually setting up within your own state is cheapest and has the potential for tax savings. Going through Fidelity etc has more fees.
