recommendations on good recruiters who aren't a-holes for FSI recruitment?

Anyone find it suddenly easier to say no or set boundaries recently? I feel like COVID put a lot of my life into perspective - aka, that it’s short and that I can’t spend all my precious time in front of a computer.

I just finished my MBA and I am an electrical engineer of 10years experience. I received a job offer as a senior engineer from a an engineering company. I previously discussed project manager role with this company but they extend me a senior engineer position.

Need advice, I am going to get baptized tomorrow. But I don’t think I am in the right space to do so. So I'm considering a switch from law to consulting, and noticed EY has started posting salary ranges for positions. All the mid- to senior-level jobs I'm looking at are in the $95k to $150k range. Is that right? True for all the big 4? Seems super low. I guess I never thought about it before but how exactly do you folks get paid?
