La Porta d’Acqua!!! I went when I was in Venice this past August and it was nothing short of amazing. The spaghetti with garlic, oil & chili over mussels mousse was absolutely amazing. We also had the octopus as an appetizer and that was my first time trying octopus and I loved it. The wine was great and very reasonably priced and the service was amazing. If I ever go back to Venice I’m definitely going there. It’s also located right by the grand canal and the views were so pretty at night if you sit outside.
I would also try Ristorante Pizzeria Da Alvise. Their pasta is so good and everything was so inexpensive. Also get their tiramisu if you end up going there.
Have fun!!
So this isn't a restaurant but it was my favorite place in Venice for a quick bite and it's pretty cheap too. It's called Del Moro's. They serve pasta in to-go boxes. I would go get one of those to go pastas, a bottle of Bellini and then go eat off the steps right off of one of the canals. One of my favorite memories from my trip.. highly recommend!
