Bain & Company Hi, can anyone help me with (1) the salary bands for ‘Associate consultant’, ‘Senior Asc consultant’ to ‘Consultant’? (2) where does the ‘Junior consultant’ role offered at ISB fall in the hierarchy? (3) A graduate with 4Year work experience would be eligible for which role out of the above? Bain & Company

Do your research on the firm. You want to ask specific questions like how much revenue they have a year and how many clients make up what % of that base. What are their plans for growth and stability. It could be a great opportunity for you just understand the different dynamics from the resources you have now to what you will have at this new place. Good luck.
And it sounds like this role will only be 2 months of travel out of the year vs 9 that I’m currently doing. My salary is currently at 65k and this role is at 90-100k. Everything sounds good, but has anyone experienced moving from big 4 to a boutique firm and has any cautions or things to consider before making the switch?
Wow nice that they are offering you an Audit Manager position. Do u have your CPA?
you are gonna get crushed as a manager. you need to be able to multiple jobs at a time, review all the work and prepare the financials and be able to discuss with owners directly. that is a huge jump from big 4 s2
gt is more middle market than big4 so you would get that experience for sure there over big 4 at that level.
