@havas 1, I looked at the analytics on my website and typed in the IP address lol
Definitely leave it alone for now, but follow up after a week. And if it’s a shop you really want, email the recruiter once a quarter. It establishes consistency and determination. Sometimes you have to think of a recruiter like someone you want to date. Try not to scare them off, but do show them you are interested and persistent in a optimistic way
@AD1 you can look on your google analytics and most host networks show up. IE. If WK is checking out your stuff, if should show up if there’s an independent service provider
Where do you look up the IP address? Who.is or something?
And to your question, I don’t think you should just yet, give it 2 weeks between the emails!
@ACD1 ok thanks for the advice :)
Yeah, I know that one but there was also this site I found a few months ago and now I can’t find it, it had a much larger database of agency ips.. so I’m seeing if that one was the one
@AD1 I use squarespace and there’s a tab to view all your analytics!
@art director 1 agencyips.com
👆 omg thank you!!!!
agencyips.com is a great idea poorly executed. Its database is super small and you’ll just end up with a snarky comment saying it’s someone working offsite instead of the agency name. You’re better off using a regular IP address lookup.
How do you know they looked at your website? Putting tracking codes in emails to recruiters?
