Recruiter doesn't respond back for feedback on why I didn't make it after final round interview when his email mentioned that they are happy to provide feedback. After following up twice, any idea on how I could have the feedback?

Very less chances they will come back and share feedback. I know it sucks but it's common practice recruiters never waste time on sharing feedback if you are not selected

You can try

Recruiter didn’t respond to you because there is no feedback. Quit pestering. Someone probably just passed on you without any tangible feedback so the recruiter has nothing for you.

Because you’re out and therefor don’t matter to them anymore and their on to the next spending their time on other candidates that might get the job. Sucks but true. Pestering because you already sent 2 follow ups with no answer. Take a hint.

There are a few possibilities: • Recruiter did not get well-defined feedback and the rejection was based on something generic like "culture fit" • Recruiter does not have any feedback other than a no, or "other candidate is better". • Recruiter has the feedback but they do not agree with it or feel that it would not be constructive. • Recruiter has the feedback but is concerned about liability if they share it. • Recruiter is slammed and since you are not going to be hired they are focused on other things.

I am highly interested in applying for the "Technology Strategy Consultant" role at the Big D in NYC. One of the questions I have is that a requirement is "minimum if a bachelor degree and 2+ years consulting/industry experience" Assuming my internships don't count for industry experience. I'll only have a couple months of experience as a consultant, I also do have a master's degree if it helps satisfies that requirement. Any insight if Deliotte would consider me as a candidate or toss me?

Im a recent grad on a tech implementation project for a small firm. I’m finding it challenging because I’m expected to know how to solution a user problem based on the system that I really don’t know all the ins and outs of. I enjoy the req gathering/PMO activities, but thinking of data mapping and integrations is such a new way of thinking than a typical strategy-based case study. Do strategy ppl find these tech implementation difficult?

I had a lot of meetings/interviews with a service line and office I was thinking of transferring. The last time I had a call with a partner was two Fridays ago (10 days). And they told me they’ll discuss and let me know in the next week. I sent a follow up email after my meeting. But haven’t heard anything back. Is it a bad sign? Or should I try reaching out again?

Does anyone know if the 60-day rollover rule applies to Pension rollover even if you want to transfer it to an IRA account? I moved apartments when the pension packet got delivered and I didn’t get it until a month past the 60-day duration. Now I’m seeing that if you send a letter to the IRS to request an exemption there’s some $10k user fees..? I’m so confused. Is there no way to move the money to an IRA now?
