recruiter for a tech startup reached out to me and asked for work samples. I don’t have a “portfolio” (7 years in brand marketing) so trying to figure out what I should send them, any ideas? I’ve worked on some great stuff, big experiential activations and cool campaigns but I don’t have great documentation of it

If you don’t have NDAs for those companies you did great stuff for, put tigger a document that explains the client challenge/brief in 1-2 lines and then how you/your team responded with a short description of the activation. Hyperlink them if you can. Pick your top five and choose ones that are cross-industry/category and ones that highlight the breath of your work.

Considering an exit to a startup that just completed a solid series B. They’re willing to provide competitive comp package and surprised how large the base is for a startup. Has me concerned about being on the high end and being the first person that comes to mind when it’s time to pinch a few pennies or clean up the books ahead of future rounds/IPO. Valid concern or am I overthinking it?

I’m a contracted exec assistant for a startup. I know that I will likely need a full time role within the next 4-6 months. I have 2 questions:

2) What kind of salary should I expect for a full time exec assistant or ops role? 13 yrs experience.
