Joined an Advisory project, and finding it hard to adjust to the ways of working. There are less physical deliverables, which is hard to track progress. I am also finding it difficult when they do not take on recommendations and then you have to witness the programs deteriorate, even though your recommendation would of helped.

Has anyone else experience this? And any tips?

I have recently hired a project coordinator. This is her first permanent gig and she's doing okay overall. However, in meetings I've noticed her need to incessantly chatter (about the weather, her sweater, her cat...it's maddening). I thought it was nerves or being new - but it happens every.single.meeting. and it's causing issues. When I applied, the JD was different in LinkedIn and recently the JD for functional testing is different.
