Doesn’t sound worth it. They’re resetting you to zero. You shouldn’t pursue an opportunity that is entry and doesn’t give you credit for your experience.

The email stated that the salary expectation was in the mid to high sixties including the total rewards package.
What level are you? Mid to high 60s still sounds entry level.
I know little about your situation, but I feel like you could encounter better opps down the line. 1y each at two companies at the start of your career may look like you’re jumping around too much. Best of luck
Sounds awful. Stick w EY and you can make well over 100k in a few years.
You are like my friends who quit and went into software development. They all had to take pay cuts and start over. They are happy tho.
Both went from the 85-100 range at EY & D (federal), to 60’s range at startups in the DC area for a few years before getting enough experience to go west coast.
I’m considering changing too, just got promoted but I’m unhappy w my current skill set.
