TCS offered me a Data Engineer Profile with usual hike, will be getting around (3.75).
I had asked for 6 LPA to stay back.

What if they give 4.5 or so ....

Beginning my search for a new job and it feels like I'm trying to learn how to ride a bike again. I've done this before but that was to get into consulting. Now I'm trying to get into a less traveling role and have no idea where to begin. I want to move into software account management and eventually into full on sales, but without real sales experience chances are looking slim. I have 3 years of technical industry experience and 2 years of consulting experience. (Cont.)

Which one would be better in terms of Project , WLB, Job Security ??

Hello, I just received an offer with Chase for the Relationship Banker position with the pay rate of 50k yr + commission. Do you think it is a fair pay rate or I can negotiate for more? Also, they just mentioned to me at pre offer step that if I quit or change within the first year or two, I will have to pay for the lincenses' fee. Does anyone know how much would it be for the fee? And also am I still able to keep the licenses if I leave?

I have had five interviews for a risk management position at a hospital and anticipate an offer soon. When I provided my salary it was lower than their stating pay. How can I negotiate a salary when I came in low to begin with?
