- Option 4 we like you, we will roll out an offer for you in the next week or so. Month later, crickets
- Option 5 previous TC $150k, ask $200K, offer - 24 months probation, $12 joining bonus, base pay $9800, bonus 0-150% based on performance of candidate, company, CEO, every shareholder, weekend support required, hybrid setup (5 days office, you stay home when you are on PTO), no overtime, Non-negotiable and 2 hours to sign offer

I have clearly stated strict work location requirements, and still i receive 90% messages "based on your profile come work for x definitely not in your required location"...
