Recruiter said to bring my resume and “any work you’d like to share” to my interview. Should I bring a deck of a full blown case study, or a collection of one pagers on my favorite projects?

I am in the middle of the recruitment process with BCG, and just got an email that says “they are still defining hiring needs for 2023 and would like to keep in touch and will reach back out as they begin considering candidates next year”. Any BCGers have any insights into how I should interpret it? Thanks!

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

CPPIB MD, 180 - 200K base 100% bonus (yes, 100%)
Magna, MGR 175K base max
SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus
MLSE D, 140 - 160K,
Kainos, architect, 190K base max.

I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options.
