RSU: $136k over 4 yrs
Bonus: 15% ($23k)

This is the initial offer so have not negotiated yet, but thinking of asking for more RSUs and a sign-on. Thoughts?

Does it matter who at google is giving you a referral? I have multiple people who are willing to give me a referral but one of them has only been at google for a few months vs the other person has been at google for at least 5 years.

However, my applications to PSO, to date, always end with a standard reject email. I've tried applying three times. Don't plan on applying again anytime soon.
