Hi my IBM sharks !
With reference to creating a tax saver FD for tax exemption under Section 80C for FY 2022-23, what is the last date by which we need to create the Tax Saver FD and upload it as investment proof on IBM Tax declarations portal?
I know that in December we need to upload the investment proofs, but do we need to get the Tax Saver FD created before that?

Yikes. And there’s no flexibility?
A lot. No one should be mandated to come into the office. An antiquated management style/company that has trust issues would still require that today. If after 2+ years of remote work during the pandemic does not “prove” that good work can take place anywhere then it’s a company issue than an employee issue.
I feel exactly the same way. I just don't see a cogent argument that most roles "need" to be on site in our industry at this point. We just spent 2+ years holding it together and proving that. It's almost insulting.

I'm fortunate I'm not working on roles for clients requiring on site, but I have picked up candidates because other orgs are requiring at least partial on-site. 3-4 in the past few months
It’s a challenge! However I work for Leidos and support a government program that requires on site work, as it’s highly classified, remote or hybrid is not an option. I am seeking mid to high level IT folks, with current IT certifications, and a current TS/SCI, no easy task. All work is in Suitland, MD - DM me if you’re interested or have a referral.
