I have job offer from two of the big4s. One is PWC SDC Kolkata and another is KPMG Global.

KPMG is offering 1.5 lakhs extra in fixed pay and 1.5 lakhs as joining bonus.

However in PWC SDC they have shift allowance of 700/day(not mentioned in offer letter).

I am bit confused amongst two. Please share your thoughts and guide me to choose the right one considering Work life Balance, Career growth, Exposure etc.

I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. I am looking job security and work life balance, which one do you suggest to choose??

As a recent college graduate looking for entry level work in acct mgmt or new business, what’s the best way to stand out/get hired?

Not sure if this is the right bowl. I’ve 8 years of agency/client media experience all the way up to director and looking to move to the ad tech side. Particularly looking into Amazon. Any advice or things to look for? The titles don’t seem to really relate to roles like they tend to do in advertising.

TITLES / Been working multiple permalance jobs for years and would like to go brand side. ECD in a former life, but been working as a CD or ACD depending on the need. Do I look more attractive as multiple CD positions, or ACD? I've done well for myself, but will never see the $1500 rates that are thrown around here. I worry that recruiters see the CD labels and think that I want the big money.

Is using the same template to email recruiters and CDs actually that bad? Obviously it’s horrible if you forget to change names and such, but aside from that is it really looked down upon?

I’m trying to help a friend start a career in the advertising/marketing industry. He’s got a media and production degree, but looking for something entry-level that would give him the opportunity to explore what different departments do.

I was thinking maybe community manager roles would be a good start, but they all seem to be looking for 5+ years.

I didn't reply to an email 12 hrs ago scheduling an interview for a few weeks out. Instead of waiting for a reply on my availability, the recruiter scheduled it for me instead. How many flags is that?

1. review 15 new applications for a top priority position
2.answer a question from a HM regarding a candidate he would like to interview
3. Catch up on emails from hiring managers
4. schedule a final interview
5. source 30 candidates as no one else can do it that day
6. Send check in emails to candidated waiting to hear back after an interview
7. Finish hiring process for candidate before sending out job offer
