Recruiting 2019/2020 grads for PE investing role - where’s the best place to post?

Hi all,
I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). I know I’m being underpaid. What should do or how should I negotiate?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Interviewing at guidehouse for a data science manager position and I have a PhD and 7 years of work experience. How much should I ask for in compensation? What’s the range like over there?

Been interviewing at Deloitte for SC position, got an offer but at the C level with. Significantly lower comp I have 7yoe total MBA plus 2 YEO consulting at boutique looking to at least hit the top of the C salary band in comercial any input what this range could be ?

If I received a referral from a current Googler 3 or so years ago, do I have to ask him to refer me again or will the old referral still be on the system?

Hi, i am working as software engineer B7 at NatWest for the last 10months. My CTC is 15L.. year of exp 5.8. may i know what is the max salary range for B7 role.. i heard that normalisation will happen if our ctc is more than the max salary range for our grade.. how much avg hike we can expect in the upcoming appraisal cycle?

Is a 110k salary fair for UX Designer in a f-500 organization with the following responsibilities:

Wear many hats in UX, for 7 separate digital products
Flows/Logical solutions for the business
Manage entire design system for the 7 products
Do UI design for the 7 products
Provide spec work for dev teams for each product
Random graphic design requests
Lead a team of 3 designers
Do manager role to organize the work under agile design sprints with Jira boards (daily scrum, refinement, grooming)

I started my first in-house role about 4 months ago and I don’t think it’s the right fit. I love the no billable hours aspect, but otherwise I miss the structure of being at a firm. How long do you think I should try to stick this out before I move on? I want to give the job a real shot - and i know the transition to in-house can be jarring…but I also don’t want to spend too much time in a job that is a wrong fit.

Rate my offer for a business valuations/litigation & legal disputes support associate role at a boutique firm in Toronto:

- $90k + ~7.5% annual performance bonus
- $5k in clawback reimbursement
- will pay all professional fees throughout term of employment (CPA & CBV)

My background:
- SA1 in assurance

- passed CFE, qualify in about half a year

If I want to start a family office, what kind of experience would be helpful? Looking at whether I should get a 1-2 years of experience in HF, PE or VC. I have 4 years of consulting experience, did a mix of CDD, ODD, strategy and PMO work. Family is worth about 300 mil and is looking to put about 50 mil into the fund to start.
