Red flags for VP / Director roles?

Been seeing some requiring coding experience, extensive JIRA experience etc. Seems strange that a VP/Director in cyber would be doing those things hands on, no?

Received a job offer. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a concern I had about it. It's an entry level position, and I don't have much experience. The billables are 2040 a year. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.

What’s the average utilization of a senior associate in M&A tax at a Big 4?

Received an offer from a small firm for 25k more than my current salary. Problem is it is about an hour away and I’m required to go into the office a minimum of 2 days a week. I’m not necessarily unhappy at my current firm but I started looking for other opportunities because I was curious what other firms were offering. Do you have trouble putting a title to a risk, a risk is a combination of multiple factors as one equation (i.e Threat event, impact, likelihood, control strength etc.) And really doesn't have a title. A combination of factors are the unique risk.

In essence, the threat event is the title of the risk ? Thoughts?
