What's the future of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) I have been offered this role.

been working at this newer company for almost a year now. I was giving two raises and promotions within 4 months of being there. given high praise for my work ethic but I got written up in the last promotion for dropping the ball on two files after not being properly trained. Was told the write up wasn’t a big deal. been working my butt off in this hybrid role(transaction/sales) and was given a final warning over the dumbest thing which I had proof wasn’t accurate. What should I do?

I’m currently interviewing for a hybrid Jr UX Designer role for a fragrance company. The compensation is between 70-80k. I searched the market rate in NYC and the salaries are between 103-120k. I assume this is based on the company, industry, and experience. I have a graphic design background with 10 years experience and have a springboard certification for UX. I don’t want to get low balled as I have been in the past. Is it unreasonable to ask for what’s market value when it’s a team of 5?

Pls help..am in dilemma.. in Feb 2022 i joined TCS and right now am in a project having strict timelines. The next rollout wud be in next 3 months. I.e sept.. but the thing is I am pregnant and my due date is arnd first week of sept. Most prob I wud hv to take maternity leaves frm last week of Aug.

Struggling so much with nausea that i don't know how do i focus on work. I had to an off from work yeaterday. Wonder how many days can i keep taking unplanned leaves like this. My supervisor is aware of the situation, but the client isnt. Its also leaving a bad impression with 3-4 unplanned leaves a month .

When you refund a signing bonus do you
1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)

A unit in TCS is trying to retain me saying if they revise the ctc (from their unit bugedt) and provide an Indonesian onsite opportunity, will you revoke your papers. Is it worth taking this chance? The team is very small of just 10 people and I am not sure how much will they provide for onsite. Pls advice as not a single question was asked in the interview apart from expectations.
