I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

One company checked in with me and want to move to an offer for an IC role because I don’t have enough management experience..I’m torn between just cutting my losses and making a move or sticking it out for the full year. Hello! How do I figure out the pay range for a position posted. Looking at a Program Manager position on LinkedIn and the post describes *Colorado minimum salary requirements in the 100k. What level would this be? I was told by an current employee that once you apply for a position the recruiter can only move you up on level, so I don’t want to blow my chances for a lower pay range . I have joined Wells Fargo Bangalore on 18th july with package of 7.5 lakhs
Next week I got offer letter from Morgan Stanley Mumbai of package 16.3 lakhs with joining date of 30th sept as they know I already joined wells fargo
Now i have resigned at WF and asked them to release me early with notice period buyout as they dont have probision period
They agreed and releasing me on 05th August
I have asked MS to give early joining and joining bonus but they denied.
Please suggest.
