Was let go from a position this week and have been gearing up the search. I was there for just under 90 days. Plan is to discuss that there was very little (read: absolutely zero) training, a bad culture fit (toxic culture), and hidden managerial issues (micromanager). Aside from such a short tenure just smelling funny, any red flags I might be missing? I can elaborate a bit more, but I feel a bit relieved to be moving on - DMs and recruiters welcome lol.

Guilt is setting in, and I'm feeling some trepidation about giving my notice because the CEO is a very "take it personally" type. I've only been here a year.
