Right now, I have the Southwest Rapid Rewards card because a) when I fly the family, Southwest works best for us (but travel for work is AA). I have 500K+ SW points. Also Hilton Diamond with about 300K points (had more but just redeemed a bunch for a family trip).
I hear about the Chase Sapphire Preferred, the AA Citi card that has a big annual fee but includes a lounge membership.
My goals are being met (free or cheap travel for family trips), but I wonder if I'm leaving money on the table and could be getting more out of my points earnings.
Any suggestions on what I should do differently or change with my strategy?

Visa Sponsorship UK - Operations, CS, Recruitment
I may be relocating to the UK for a role after the new year, but my wife won't be able to come with me initially.
However she's just been laid-off from her Ops Management role for a tech company in the EU and needs a new role quickly. (just before Christmas!)
Would love if anyone has a role in Rome, Italy, or remote, or UK with Visa sponsorship (Tier 2 Skilled Worker) untill I can swap her onto a spouse Visa.
How long do you take for your lunch break?🤔
I've been living in Europe and now I'm back in the US but idk if 1.5 hr lunch breaks are also the norm here (in tech/start-ups).
Any luxurious spa recommendations? I've been looking at the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, but there's gotta be more options in the DC area.
I've been struggling to focus when I'm working and feel like I'm not putting in enough hours of actually working time. It makes me feel guilty and anxious. I work from home. Going to a coffee shop often helps. What helps you be more focused and effective? I started a new job 2 months ago. The amount of learning can be overwhelming and my bandwidth just feels pathetic. Any advice?
Account folks - what relationship or sales trainings do you recco?

How often do you and your SO text/talk during the days you’re not together? My bf has a pretty busy job so we don’t really communicate during the day, but when it gets to be like 8pm and I haven’t heard from him at all it bothers me. Is that wrong? And how would you communicate to them that you want a bit more check-in/form of communication without coming off as needy
Feel like I’ve had a manageable consulting experience so far with 2 kids (1.5 and 4). I want to continue being involved during their day to day but finding it increasingly difficult to step away from the computer during the day for 30 min here and there without work piling up and consistently stressed. My current engagement has me on my toes and I’m performing well but it takes up all my energy. Thinking of exiting consulting to have a more relax job. Anyone go thru this before? Manager 2 here
Coin base keeps presenting an error (max attempts, wait 24h) when trying to add a bank account and Bofa keeps rejecting debit card charges. Any advice?
Good morning, all. I look forward to chatting today. I thought I would open our conversation with a photo of my home office, which has gotten a lot more use in the last two weeks than ever before.
I just started a new job about a month ago. I find it hard to deal with my new boss. She is very rude in her Feeback and I can’t deal. I came from a big company where I have over 15 plus years of accounting experience and implementation of financial system. I took this role as a Controller at a smaller company where they do everything manual. And it’s taking some time to get use to a new system and industry. Her expectations are that I should come in and KNOW my job??!?? What should I do?
Hi everyone, I am looking for ideas on how to pivot out of accounting. A remote job ideally. If you were previously in accounting and switched roles, I would love to hear about it as well.
My background is:
3 years Financial Audit - manage small team, manage engagements, client facing
2 years Industry Accounting - manage small team, improve monthly processes, month end close, reconciliations, generate financial reports, generate budget and forecasts
I have been in IA consulting for 4 years but I feel very lost in my career because it’s just not the kind of work I enjoy at all. Do I go for IA in industry? And entirely new field? My morale since covid has been so low and it’s difficult to think these things through sometimes.
if there's a style of writing you could get certified in, which would you choose and why?
I work for a large ID firm on a team that handles only high exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. So, big interesting cases. Because it’s an ID firm, pay is low despite complex cases

What is the best way to grow a newsletter? I started a data science newsletter in Aug 2021. I have 23 subscribers but my goal is 500. I am willing to invest money to get to this goal but not sure of the best approach. Most of my subscribers have came from Twitter so far.
I'm looking for a good social reporting tool. At the moment I'm using sproutsocial but it's expensive and want a change.
The only catch is, I haven't found any other tool that reports competitors stats, which is great for benchmarking and client retention.
Anyone have any insight on starting a post with a hashtag vs not? My boss wants us to refrain from it but I’m curious if anyone has noticed a difference.
So ideal posting times - they don't necessarily line up to be the same across all platforms. My boss asked me today, and I'm curious what the bowl thinks... Is it better to pick one time that's ideal for some platforms, or is it better to schedule content to post at the ideal time for each platform? Ex: IG @ 10am, LI @9am, and FB @11am.
Note: my boss refuses to tailor content to the platform and wants me blanket posting the same content on all SM, so this is more of a concern for her.

I have a bachelors and thinking of pursuing Msc in International Business via distance learning from University of Birmingham. Does it makes sense?
For distance learning MBA I need to have at least 3 years of managerial experience. I am working as an AM so it will take me a few years to be eligible for this.
I am frustrated and struggling to fix this. 😭

I have an interview for a social media coordinator role coming up soon. This would be my first time in this role, however I do have experience blogging and managing my own social media for the blog. I’m nervous, but I really want this job. Any tips on what it’s like being a social media coordinator, and how to best prepare for the interview and for the role if I get it?
